Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Quantex Studio, a digital management agency offering website management, hosting coordination, domain handling, and online presence optimization.

1. Services

Quantex Studio provides ongoing digital management services, which may include:

• Website hosting coordination and performance optimization
• Domain management and renewals
• Security monitoring and maintenance
• Google visibility and SEO improvements
• Content updates based on selected plan

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, content, and required access (domain, hosting, or Google accounts where applicable). The client remains fully responsible for all published content and its legality.

3. Updates & Support

Content updates are handled based on the subscribed plan:

• Starter: Limited updates per year
• Business: Monthly updates
• Corporate: Priority or unlimited updates

All updates must be requested via official communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp or email).

4. Payments & Renewals

• All services are billed annually.
• Payments must be completed before the renewal date.
• Failure to renew may result in service suspension.
• All payments are non-refundable once the service period has started.

5. Domain & Third-Party Costs

Quantex Studio may handle domain registration and renewals on behalf of the client as part of the service.

• Domain costs are covered up to a maximum of LKR 8,000 per year under standard service plans.
• If a selected domain exceeds this amount (e.g., premium domains), the client must pay the difference.
• All domains are registered under the client’s ownership unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-party costs (such as paid plugins, premium tools, or external services) are not included unless explicitly stated.

6. Third-Party Services

Quantex Studio may work with third-party providers (hosting, domains, Google services). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by these external services.

7. Intellectual Property

Any custom design, code, or digital assets created by Quantex Studio remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business content and branding materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quantex Studio is not liable for any indirect losses, including business loss, ranking changes, or downtime caused by third-party systems, internet disruptions, or external factors.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in illegal activity, or fails to make payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
